McDonalds (Part 2)

Last January we blogged about a Twitter initiative by McDonalds which ended badly. Well, to balance things up, have a look at this instructive article (courtesy of Brand Republic) showing how a viral video social media campaign by the company's Canadian operation worked very well for them.
